This role manages daily receiving of food, beverage, and resort supplies; verifies shipments against purchase orders; and ensures accurate documentation in inventory systems. You’ll coordinate deliveries with kitchen, hotel, and operations teams, maintain organized storage areas, and uphold safety, food handling, and tribal standards.
