Warehouse CoordinatorCoordinates the incoming flow of materials to ensure packaging lines stay continuously supplied and transfers final palletized goods to designated staging areas on time.Responsibilities:Inbound & Line Supply: Receive incoming inventory and stage raw materials directly at the production line to prevent operational delays.Pallet Inspection & Staging: Verify the final condition, wrapping, and stability of finished, palletized product before transport.Finished Goods Transfer: Safely transport completed pallets from the line to the finished goods staging area using material handling equipment.Inventory Control: Log inbound shipments, maintain raw material organization, and ensure clear, safe dock and staging areas.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMSkills:1+ years of experience in receiving, material handling, or warehouse coordination.Active forklift operator certification.Familiarity with inventory logging systems or basic warehouse management software (WMS).Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment safely.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking inventory accurately.Physical stamina to lift heavy loads, bend, and work on your feet full shifts.
