Receiving AssociateThe Receiving Associate is responsible for photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment. This role supports repair, return, and outsourced workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and daily productivity goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring items are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for downstream production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesStage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processesIdentify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documentsLink incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systemsAssist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policiesMaintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipmentsMake occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer serviceSupport customer service expectations while performing order processing tasksPromote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiencyPerform other duties, tasks, or work as assignedMetricsAverage of 6 units per hour receivedComplete daily processing of all shipmentsAdditional performance measurements may be added as neededQualificationsStrong organizational skillsGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work effectively in a team environmentFocus on department growth and process improvementKnowledge & Skills RequiredStrong computer proficiencyAbility to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailProblem-solving abilitiesGood communication skillsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred1–3 years of related experience or training preferredTechnical or industrial product knowledge a plusPhysical DemandsOccasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingFrequent walkingFrequent lifting pushing and pulling of 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 poundsCompensation & CommissionThe recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.
