Receiving AssociateCorin is recruiting for a Receiving Associate to join the team in Raynham, MA. The key element of this role is to coordinate the efficient receipt, storage, movement to quality, and distribution of all materials delivered to Corin's Distribution Center. The key results are:Prompt receipt and processing of all incoming packagesUpdating and maintaining SAGE (ERP system) where all transactions are trackedClear and tidy workspaceThe key responsibilities of the Receiving Associate:Receipt and process all deliveries including booking onto the SAGE stock systemEnsure stock accuracy on all stock control softwareEnsure good housekeeping of the work areaSupport distribution and loaner as requestedSupport in all other goods Inwards tasks and functions as and when required to include:Receipt, inspect, and provide appropriate storage for all medical device final packaging materialRMA ProcessingProcess expired goods that have been returnedPrepare production material paperwork and issue it to the shop floorAdhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin's ISO13485 QMS & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820.Ensure that process and timeline requirements for Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) are met by Corin's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and in support of Corin's Global Objectives for CAPA.The ideal Receiving Associate will have/be:A high school diploma, GED, or equivalentComputer literacy - can send professional emails, basic Excel skills and read key documentationA can-do attitude - if you are keen, motivated, reliable and not afraid to work hardWarehouse, distribution or logistics experience would be an advantage but the above is more important to us.Previous experience within a managerial or leadership role.Medical device industry experience would be an advantageDemonstrated abilities to work under time-sensitive conditionsWilling and able to lift objects to 25lbsWorked in a Warehouse environment previouslyGood manufacturing practice experience preferablyStrong computer skills: Excel experience required; ERP experience strongly preferredPrevious knowledge of Sage would be advantageousThe ability to work as part of a team but take ownership of individual tasksStrong communication skills, both written and verbalThe base pay range for this position is $19 per hour.
