Key Responsibilities
• Work as part of the receiving team to support inbound receiving activities from receipt through inventory placement.
• Inspect and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records.
• Process receipts accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damage, labeling issues, and documentation errors.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, carriers, and vendors to resolve receiving issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through timely transactions, proper labeling, and correct product placement.
• Use RF scanners, computers, and warehouse software to process inventory efficiently.
• Monitor receiving workflows and recommend improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to support inventory integrity.
• Maintain complete receiving documentation and comply with company, GMP, safety, and client requirements.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• • 3+ years of warehouse receiving experience in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory control, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP systems, RF scanners, and warehouse technology.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems independently.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
