Job TitleGeneral PurposePerform all duties related to the pumping of incoming raw milk or cream from the tanker trucks into the proper storage tanks. Document and record volume into inventory with a heavy emphasis on quality of product being received.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform CIP on each tanker and silo while maintaining proper documentation of each processGather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing of productWeigh tanker on scales.
