We focus on repairing before we replace. Our responsibility to the client is to preserve and restore the affected property and to limit the extent of the loss. We have an immediate opening for experienced Rebuild Department Managers to drive the management and execute the projects.Job DescriptionThe role of the Rebuild Department Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize repairs projects according to strict deadlines and above industry standards.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Rebuild Department Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Responsibilities:Direct and manage project development from beginning to endDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior managementEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashionEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholdersDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsTrack project milestones and deliverablesProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workBuild, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the projectEducation or Equivalent Experience4 years in a project management role for an emergency services restoration and reconstruction firmRequired SkillsDirect work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and executionThrough knowledge of Xactimate Estimating Programming, not requiredPrior use of smart phones and laptops preferredDemonstrated experience in personnel managementExperience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essentialAbility to manage multiple, shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills requiredCompensation: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearAt Rainbow International® Restoration we're helping families out when disaster strikes, turning their damaged houses back into homes.
