Responsible for managing the entire rebate process, the full-time Rebate Analyst will create, maintain, and reconcile rebate contracts while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment based in Albuquerque, NM. Key responsibilities Oversee the rebate process including agreement loading, transmission, reconciliation, and maintenance Submit rebate claims to vendors through various methods and update related agreements and materials in SAP Investigate rebate discrepancies and continuously improve rebate processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness Required qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent is required 5+ years of experience in wholesale distribution Proficiency in ERP software, preferably SAP/Vistex Knowledge of database architecture and maintenance Understanding of discounting, pricing, and basic accounting principles
