### About the Position

**BlueChipSystem Inc** is seeking a motivated, professional, and client-focused **Realtor / Real Estate Agent** to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process while developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

### Key Responsibilities

* Represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
* Identify and develop new clients through networking, referrals, marketing, and prospecting.
* Conduct property tours, showings, open houses, and client consultations.
* Research property values, comparable sales, and local market conditions.
* Advise clients on pricing, offers, negotiations, and transaction strategies.
* Prepare and coordinate real estate documents and transaction paperwork.
* Negotiate purchase agreements, offers, and other transaction terms.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction.
* Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, title companies, and other professionals.
* Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
* Stay informed about market trends, real estate regulations, and industry developments.
* Deliver a professional and high-quality client experience.

### Qualifications

* Active real estate license or willingness to obtain the required license.
* Previous real estate, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
