Working remotely, the full-time Real-World Data Programmer will execute observational database analytics and evidence synthesis, utilizing Electronic Health Records and claims-based data to produce high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities Execute Real-World Evidence studies and analyses using various healthcare-related databases Create organized and reusable programming codes applicable to ongoing and future projects Generate interpretable deliverables such as data tables, graphs, and study reports based on established protocols Required qualifications Minimum MS in statistics, biostatistics, data science, applied mathematics, computer science, or a related field At least 2 years of hands-on programming experience with longitudinal and administrative databases Professional programming skills, with SAS/Python experience preferred Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis Experience with version control systems like Git and AWS services is a plus
