Key responsibilities: Programming and managing real world healthcare datasets, including healthcare claims and EMR data Performing data cleaning, transformation, and normalization prior to analysis Creating and maintaining data dictionaries and programming documentation while supporting internal research teams Required qualifications: Advanced degree (PhD) in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in an analytics-related field with 7+ years of experience in real world data Strong programming experience in SQL and R Direct experience programming Real World Data (RWD) Hands-on experience with healthcare claims data Experience working with EMR data
