You’ll translate forecasts into practical schedules, monitor SLA performance, and adjust coverage in real time to keep service levels healthy.
You’ll partner with the WFM Lead and Support Managers to design humane, scalable processes, build dashboards, and surface intraday signals that mitigate risk.
