This group sits close to the deal flow for technology and life sciences companies, from early stage through mature, global operations. Role summary You will support a busy transactional practice handling:Commercial and biotech-focused leasing (including complex facility leases)Purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions, and dispositionsReal estate financings and related diligence and documentationCandidate profile:2–4 years of real estate transactional experience in a law firm settingMeaningful reps on leasing and purchase and sale workStrong drafting and negotiation skillsCalifornia bar requiredWhy this role:Smaller, collaborative team structure with hands-on training and real responsibility earlyDirect client contact and repeat work for companies that scale quickly and keep changing their footprintA firm with sustained market traction in the technology and life sciences ecosystem, consistently recognized across Chambers and Vault rankingsCompensation:Base salary: $235,000–$310,000 (based on year classification)Discretionary merit bonus eligibilityBenefits include wellness reimbursement, family-building support (IVF, adoption, surrogacy, egg-freezing), paid parental leave, backup childcare, and firm-paid CLE and bar dues (among others).
