Real Estate Associate Attorney - San Francisco
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a leading California-based law firm with a nationally recognized real estate practice.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team. This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the most highly regarded real estate attorneys in the state on sophisticated and complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate finance transactions
• Conduct general transactional due diligence
• Manage and support a wide range of matters, balancing independent responsibilities with team collaboration

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively
• Major law firm experience preferred
• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
• Admission to the State Bar of California

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $225,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications
