This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience to handle complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings, equity investments, and leasing matters.Location: Parsippany, New JerseyPosition OverviewThe ideal candidate will have:Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experienceSubstantial experience in structuring and closing complex commercial real estate deals, including mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions, dispositions, equity investments, and leasesKnowledge of federal and state environmental law and environmental due diligence for real estate transactions (preferred)Strong written, verbal, analytical, and client-facing skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic teamNJ bar admission in good standing (required)The firm offers a hybrid work environment allowing attorneys to work remotely two days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactionsConduct and review due diligence for acquisitions and dispositionsDraft, negotiate, and review purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and equity investment agreementsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex real estate and real estate finance mattersSupport environmental due diligence and compliance when applicableQualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolMinimum 5 years of commercial real estate experienceStrong drafting, problem-solving, and client service skillsSelf-motivated, driven, and collaborativeNJ bar admission requiredPractice OverviewThe Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use group advises developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, institutional investors, and lenders on acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate.
