Real Estate Strategy & Site Portfolio Director

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a senior real estate leader to develop and execute real estate strategies by brand and market.

You will partner with Data Analytics, FP&A and cross‑functional teams to optimize store portfolio and drive site selection, lease negotiations and landlord relationships. This role requires a decade of experience in retail real estate, strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from market assessment to opening.
