Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate lease renewals and amendments with property owners.
- Identify and secure new billboard development sites, including traditional, digital, and wallscape opportunities.
- Work closely with property owners to address questions, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring strong long-term relationships.
- Partner with the legal department as needed for lease negotiations and new site development.
- Attend public hearings and regulatory meetings as required.
- Review and submit RFPs for billboard site opportunities.
- Stay current with applicable state regulations and local ordinances impacting outdoor advertising.
- Travel within the South Texas territory, with 1-2 overnight stays per week after initial training period.
- 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience (billboard/outdoor advertising experience highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, negotiations, and field work including lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required.
- Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 DOE.
