This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing team advising on sophisticated public finance transactions across multiple markets and industries.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing3+ years of substantive experience in public finance, preferably with GA incentives workDemonstrated experience with property tax and economic development incentive transactions (e.g., bonds-for-title, PILOT or similar programs)Experience representing issuers, companies and others as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel or company counselCommercial real estate is a plusSoft skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent lenders, governments, issuers, companies, and other clients in complex public finance transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate bond and other public finance agreements and related transaction documentsProvide strategic guidance to clients on public financing structures and risk mitigationCollaborate with team members across offices to support a diverse and dynamic real estate practiceWhy Join Us?This role presents an outstanding opportunity to join a highly-regarded Real Estate team within a leading international law firm.
