Real Estate Project ManagerThis position is responsible for leading the planning, coordination and execution of projects that support the growth and development of The Church of Eleven22, including new campus development, Blueprint1122 initiatives and other capital and ministry-related projects. This role provides end-to-end project management — from due diligence and design through construction, launch and closeout — ensuring alignment with ministry vision, timelines and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead due diligence, planning and design coordination for new campuses and capital projects, partnering with architects, engineers, contractors and internal ministry leaders to develop scopes, budgets and plansServe as Owner's Representative, leading communication and coordination between contractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, timelines and project successLead the bid process for construction projects, including scope development, contractor selection and coordination with Legal on contract updatesManage project budgets, estimates, invoices and financial tracking, partnering with Finance to ensure accuracy and informed future planningDevelop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones, risks and overall progress while providing consistent updates to stakeholdersOversee construction execution through site visits, contractor meetings, safety coordination and punch list completion to ensure projects are delivered on time and ready for occupancyPartner with ministry, Communications and Operations teams to support campus readiness, including signage, launch planning, staff training and move-in coordinationLead project closeout, ensuring financial reconciliation, documentation completion and formal project completionReview project submittals and coordinate feedback with design teamsOther duties as assignedCompetenciesModel The Church of Eleven22's mission, vision and core valuesAbility to maintain strict confidentialityAbility to adapt to changeStrong proactive communication skillsAbility to learn and utilize new computer softwareProficiency in or ability to quickly learn project management and design software (e.g., Smartsheet, AutoCAD)Ability to read, interpret and communicate effectively using architectural and construction documentsStrong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and identify solutionsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experienceThree years of experience in a project management roleProven experience managing multiple deadlines and budgetsExpected Hours of WorkWork Hours Expectations: 40 hours or more.Schedule Expectations: Monday through Friday (hours may vary based on church needs to include working weekends).The church has several big events ("All-Skates") throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.Our entire staff family is called to action, so that we can continue to be a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.Work Environment/Physical DemandsThis role operates in a professional office environment, with frequent use of computers, phones and standard office equipment.

It also requires time on construction sites, where appropriate OSHA safety protocols must be followed, as well as local travel between project sites and campuses, with occasional travel outside the immediate area as needed. The position involves extended periods of sitting, along with occasional standing, bending and lifting of equipment as required.Ministerial ExceptionThe ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required.

While there is no rigid formula to determine which other church staff members qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).Staff members who qualify under the ministerial exception are not covered by federal and state employment and anti-discrimination laws.
