Analyzing residential real estate opportunities, the full-time Senior Pricing Analyst will derive current and forecasted home values, focusing on quickly determining value ranges to sign contracts with aggressive and accurate offers, while working remotely in select states and managing a portfolio pipeline. Key responsibilities Provide property valuation on single-family properties and analyze data from various sources Track local real estate market data and proactively identify current market values Participate in due diligence and support overall transaction processes, including contracting and managing third-party reports Required qualifications Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market with a minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation Experience in BPO and REO account management is beneficial Subject Matter Expert in Property Valuation with an active or inactive real estate license Proficient in Microsoft Office and common computer applications Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to a changing market
