The Atlantic Group has partnered with a well-established mid-sized law firm in White Plains, NY. They have an immediate need for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.
Work Schedule: 4 days in the office, Fridays work from home
Hours: 9:00-6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Responsibilities:
-Provide substantive paralegal support to multiple attorneys, primarily supporting two partners
-Assist with commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing
-Prepare, organize, and maintain transaction documents, closing documents, and files
-Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions
-Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation
-Provide additional administrative and legal support to the broader team as needed
-Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
-3+ years of paralegal experience
-Prior experience supporting real estate transactions is required
-Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
-Bachelor’s degree or Certified Paralegal required
-Strong all-hands-on-deck mentality and willingness to assist with administrative tasks when needed
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; experience with NetDocuments is a plus
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
