A well-established law firm in Coral Gables is seeking two experienced Real Estate Paralegals to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with substantial law firm experience supporting commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.

Responsibilities
The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and organizing closing documents; conducting title and survey reviews; coordinating due diligence activities and transaction timelines; communicating with lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and opposing counsel; assisting with purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents; preparing closing binders and post-closing packages; managing transaction files; maintaining accurate records; and tracking deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all transaction requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience
- Must have experience working in a law firm environment
- Experience supporting commercial and/or residential real estate transactions
- Strong understanding of title, survey, and due diligence processes
- Experience preparing and reviewing closing documents
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Coral Gables, FL
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial real estate transaction experience
- Experience with complex multi-party transactions
- Knowledge of Florida real estate law and closing procedures
- Experience reviewing title commitments and surveys
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Experience with legal document management systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to 105,000 depending on experience as base rate plus bonus and 10% origination
