Trustpoint.One has partnered with a New York government-adjacent agency in their search for Real Estate Paralegals with strong commercial experience for a potential three-month remote project!
Duties will include:
- Review of commercial leases and development agreements
- Create lease abstracts
- Create abstracts of other project-related materials
- Perform related research relating to commercial real estate matters
- Other related duties as needed
The qualified Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will have the following experience:
- Hands-on experience with review and abstracting of commercial leases
- MUST have the ability to commute to New York City if needed
- Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week, during traditional business hours
This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who is seeking a steady opportunity doing the work they enjoy, on a mainly remote basis, in addition to being an integral part of a very busy team handling a large volume of work.
