An established law firm in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, well-respected team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and title-related materials.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys throughout the closing process.
- Conduct title searches, assist with resolving title issues, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized files and manage multiple closings efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a residential real estate paralegal, preferably with a South Carolina law firm.
- Strong knowledge of the residential closing process and real estate documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
