Who We’re Looking For

Experienced, Professional Real Estate Office Manager and/or Property Manager

We are specifically seekinga real estate office manager and/or property manager with proven real estate experience - this is not an entry-level or training-based role.

You are someone who:

• Hasadministrative office manager experience (real estate office experience preferred, but not required)
• Hashands-on property management experience (residential, commercial, or mixed portfolio)
• Hasprior real estate industry experience and understands the fundamentals of the brokerage world
• Knows how to manage tenant relations, owner expectations, and property performance with professionalism
• Excels in communication, problem-solving, and staying organized under pressure
• Understands compliance, lease enforcement, maintenance coordination, and tenant retention strategies
• Prefers autonomy but values a strong support system to scale your business

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered, youmust meet the following:

• Prior experience in the real estate industry (required)
• Previous property management experience (required)
• Active Utah Real Estate License — or currently enrolled and progressing toward licensure (we provide support, but experience is still required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused
• Basic understanding of financial accounting & property financials

Manage day-to-day office administrative responsibilities

Manage day-to-day property management responsibilities

Communicate with Owners and Tenants effectively

Manage financials for individual investment properties

Schedule and coordinate showings of available units

Build upon business through market research and prospective outreach

Qualifications

Experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred

Active Real Estate License in Utah (or open to working towards in the future, we will support!)
