Real Estate Office: Director of Agent Experience

The Keller Williams GO Network Urban Dallas Market Center is looking to hire talented individuals who work well in a team setting and can keep up with a fast-paced environment with high volume recruiting and agent production. We seek passionate leaders that are resourceful and learning based.

Some requirements include but are not limited to:

• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude, be a self-starter and a servant leader with a passion to help others.
• Bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure.
• Manage multiple responsibilities and maintain superb customer service orientation.
• Have basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and all Google Suite Applications.
• Have superior communication skills both written and oral.
• Work quickly and find resolutions to issues as they arise. Quick problem solving is required.
• Comfortable with evolving technology and able to understand current systems.
• Ability to train both groups and one-on-one. These positions will need to have skills to be able to deliver new content to real estate agents both new to the business and experienced.
• Take initiative on office projects.
• Oversee planning, setup, and execution of Market Center events.
• Work with new agent hires in the full onboarding of their businesses (Day 1 to fully plugged in).
• Work closely with 3rd party vendors that offer services to the Market Center.
