Salary and Compensation

San Francisco, CA: $260,000-$280,000

The role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Because such compensation is not yet calculable, this salary range represents Nixon Peabody’s good faith estimate of the annual salary at the time of posting.

Position Overview

Nixon Peabody’s Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group is seeking counsel to join our San Francisco, CA office. The successful candidate will work with our team on California civil litigation matters involving real estate issues.

Qualifications

  • At least eight years of real estate and/or construction litigation experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment and manage cases is essential.
  • California Bar admission required.
