Litigation Attorney
A national law firm providing legal services to financial institutions seeks a Litigation Attorney for their Idaho team. This role is remote. There will be occasional appearances for hearings, so candidates must be able to attend occasional hearings in Boise. The Litigation Attorney will be handling pre-litigation and litigation matters involving real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditors' rights. Position requires (a) 1+ years of litigation experience.
