Duties
- Represent lenders and commercial real estate developers in transactions.
- Handle senior, mezzanine, and equity financing.
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial real estate finance experience.
- Experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
- Admitted and in good standing in Tennessee.
Education
- Excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
