Duties
- Handle senior, mezzanine, and equity financing transactions.
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Oversee foreclosures and workout processes.
- Represent lenders and commercial real estate developers in diverse transactions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial real estate finance experience.
- Experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
- Admitted and in good standing in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.
Education
- Excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in at least one specified jurisdiction.
