Duties
- Handle senior, mezzanine, and equity financing transactions.
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Oversee foreclosures and workout processes.
- Collaborate with a team on complex real estate finance matters.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial real estate finance experience.
- Experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
- Admitted and in good standing in GA, NC, SC, TN, FL, or TX.
Education
- Excellent academic credentials required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in at least one specified jurisdiction.
