Reporting to senior legal leadership, this role will partner closely with executives and business teams across the organization on high-value transactions and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, developments, and financing matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and agreements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and business risks.
- Support investment, asset management, and operational teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient execution of business objectives.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- 7-10 years of commercial real estate legal experience.
- Strong background in sophisticated real estate transactions.
- Experience handling joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
About the opportunity:
Compensation Range: $300,000 - $400,000 base + Competitive Bonus ($500,000 - $600,000 total comp)
