Compensation: $160,000-230,000base+discretionarybonus

Position Overview

OurclientisseekinganexperiencedRealEstateCounsel toserveasakeylegaladvisortosupporttheirgrowingrealestateportfolio.Thisroleoffersanexcitingopportunitytopartnercloselywithexecutiveleadership,realestate,construction,andbusinessteamstonegotiateandmanagecomplexrealestateandleasingtransactionsthatsupportsthecompany'sgrowthobjectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft,review,negotiate,andmanageawiderangeofcommercialrealestateagreements,including:
• Retailleases,Acquisitions,Dispositions
• Easementagreements
• Reciprocaleasementagreements(REAs)
• Purchaseandsaleagreements
• Providelegalcounselandstrategicguidancetointernalstakeholdersonrealestatetransactionsandportfoliomanagement.
• Supportthecompany'srealestategrowthstrategythroughefficientnegotiationandexecutionofleaseanddevelopmenttransactions.

Qualifications

• JurisDoctor(JD)fromanaccreditedlawschool.
• Activemembershipingoodstandingwithatleastonestatebar.
• 6+yearsoflegalexperiencewithsignificantfocusoncommercialrealestateandleasing(eitherin-houseorlaw-firm).
