Duties
- Represent clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
- Engage in commercial foreclosure litigation.
- Conduct motion practice and discovery, including e-discovery.
- Draft motions and court pleadings with proper citation formatting.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Experience in commercial landlord-tenant litigation.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in North Carolina.
- Residency in the Charlotte area at or prior to the time of hire.
Education
- Strong academic credentials required.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
