We’re seeking enterprising attorneys with 3–5+ years of real estate experience who want to:

  • Expand their professional reach and leverage their legal expertise to elevate the real estate experience for clients nationwide.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing (any U.S. state).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in real estate law, contracts, title, or related practice areas.
  • Enterprising mindset with a desire to grow a business, not just a caseload.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand all legal aspects of the clients’ desired outcome and circumstances to provide them with sound legal advice.
  • Conduct detailed due diligence, and inspect title examination, closing binder, and legal documents for legal risk, completion, and accuracy.
  • Negotiate real estate transaction terms and conditions, and facilitate the transfer of title between borrowers, real estate agents, and title company.

Qualifications

  • J.D. (Juris Doctorate) degree required from an accredited law school.
  • Relevant knowledge of property management, land use, title insurance, business law, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation.
  • Be a member of your local bar association and hold a current law license in the state.
  • Three years of experience as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm, as a transactional attorney, or as a residential or commercial real estate attorney.
  • Superb negotiation, networking, research, and communication skills.

Compensation

Compensation: $50,000-$250,000 per year
