Real Estate Attorney
An established firm based in New York, New York with over 90 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This role focuses on commercial real estate loan closings, bank lending transactions, and lender-side representation, working directly with banks and other financial institutions to close sophisticated commercial financing deals.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of transactional real estate experience focused on loan and lending closings
- Active admission to the New York State Bar
- Demonstrated experience representing lenders in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending, title review, and closing procedures
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate loan closings from inception through funding, representing lender clients
- Review and negotiate loan documents, title commitments, surveys, and related transaction materials
- Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, and other deal parties to facilitate timely closings
- Advise bank and institutional lender clients on transactional risk and regulatory compliance
- Manage multiple closings simultaneously in a fast-paced transactional environment
