Responsibilities:
- Handle residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financing, and closings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other real estate documents.
- Conduct due diligence, resolve title issues, and coordinate closings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
Qualifications:
- JD and active South Carolina Bar license.
- Real estate transactional experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client-service skills.
- Ability to manage transactions independently and work effectively with a team.
