Associate Attorney – Real Estate
A well-established law firm in Chicago’s northwest suburbs is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on experience, work directly with clients, and receive mentorship from experienced practitioners in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents
- Conduct title and due diligence review and assist with closings
- Advise clients throughout the transaction process
- Gain exposure to business, corporate, and contract matters based on interest and firm needs
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar license
- 0-3 years of legal experience, with an interest in real estate law
- Strong writing, research, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop professionally
- Client-focused, professional, and collaborative approach

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 DOE, plus annual bonus
- More experienced candidates will be considered at market compensation
