Experience: 4+ years at a large law firm or boutique real estate firm
Comp: $260K–$340K
Overview:
• Commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing)
• Experience from BigLaw or a strong boutique
• Exposure to development or joint ventures is a plus
