Salary: $230,000 – $320,000 plus additional bonuses

The team acts for owners, developers, lenders and investors on acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and joint ventures. It is known for high-profile Manhattan developments, strong government and agency relationships, and a leading land use and zoning capability. They are continuing to build out their real estate group through Q4 due to an influx in deal flow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handle a broad range of general commercial real estate matters
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, with a strong emphasis on writing and drafting
- Take initiative and manage your own workload with minimal oversight
- Work with clients and build your own client relationships
- Work alongside the firm's land use, finance and distressed real estate teams on complex, multi-disciplinary xhqgsiq deals
What They're Looking For
- Mid-level, with 3 to 6 years of general commercial real estate experience
- Excellent writing and drafting skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Initiative and the ability to self-direct
- New York bar admission required
