Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Mezzanine financing and preferred equity transactions
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Joint venture agreements
- Refinancing deals
- Conduct and oversee thorough due diligence for sophisticated commercial property transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless legal and strategic counsel to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Class Years: 2017 – 2023 graduate.
- Licensure: Active bar admission in New York.
- Experience: Proven experience handling mezzanine finance, acquisitions, joint ventures, and refinancing deals within a sophisticated real estate practice.
