Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Advise clients on commercial property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Assist with real estate financing transactions and joint venture arrangements.
- Support real estate development projects and commercial leasing matters.
- Develop practical, business-oriented solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to manage transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactional law.
- Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development, and leasing.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and sound legal judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Compensation
$175,000-$225,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus potential bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
