We are working with a leading institutional real estate platform that is exclusively focused on multifamily , with significant experience across the U.S. multifamily market.
The firm is looking to add a Real Estate Associate to its Charlotte team. This is a broad investment role offering exposure across underwriting, acquisitions, and development , making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a well-rounded multifamily investment skill set.
The Role:
- Underwrite multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities
- Support acquisitions from initial evaluation through closing
- Analyze investment opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation
- Work closely with development teams on new multifamily projects
- Conduct market, property, and investment analysis
- Assist with due diligence, investment committee materials, and transaction execution
- Work across both acquisitions and development rather than being focused on a single function
Ideal Background:
- 2–5 years of experience in multifamily real estate
- Strong experience across underwriting and financial modeling
- Exposure to multifamily xhqgsiq acquisitions and/or development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience at a reputable multifamily owner, developer, investment manager, or institutional real estate platform
- Based in Charlotte or open to relocating
