Pay: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; or Newark, NJ , with three days per week in the office.

Job Description
  • Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
  • Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and lending matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and transaction documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist clients through all stages of commercial real estate deals.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions.
  • Build trusted client relationships while contributing to business development opportunities.
  • Stay current on real estate laws, market trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications
  • Active bar license in the state of the office location.
  • Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial lending transactions.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
