Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm.
- Experience with purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements is required.
- Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side financing is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills .
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and effectively work within a team.
- A proactive, client-service orientation with the ambition and drive to contribute to a growing national practice.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar
- Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet is required.
