Responsibilities: • • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers. • Assist in the preparation and submission of offers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area. • Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients. • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions to enhance skills and career growth opportunities. Qualifications: • • Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate trends, tools, and technologies. • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management. • Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing documents and contracts for transactions. Compensation: $112,500 - $225,000 yearly

Compensation:
$112,500-$225,000 per year
