This is a hybrid position and the company offers flextime and has generous PTO.Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of balance sheet and income statementsPrepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.Track and report on Monthly BudgetsWorks closely with different managers across the organization to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activitiesAssist with ad-hoc projectsQualifications:Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance2-3 years accounting experience ideally within real estate or public accountingProficient in Excel and YardiA positive and can-do attitudeBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
