What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a Ready Mix Concrete truck to deliver and place construction materials at customer job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
- Load, transport, and unload materials efficiently while following all safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the ability to operate a Ready Mix Truck safely and effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible equipment operation.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required paperwork, and follow operating procedures.
- Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment.
- Capability to work independently, adapt to changing job site conditions, and manage delivery schedules.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $23-$33 per hour.
