The company is located in Arlington, TX, is a leading distributor of plumbing and heating products. Their 280,000-square-foot distribution center supplies valves, fittings, faucets, PEX tubing, gas connectors, and more to customers across the South and West.
As a Reach Truck Operator, you'll receive incoming shipments, transport products throughout the warehouse, and safely place inventory into high-rack storage locations. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and room to grow.

Reach Truck Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move, store, and replenish inventory in high-rack locations
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
- Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse
- Ensure proper load stability and safe stacking practices
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck experience required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable standing for long periods in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Pay: $17.50 per hour
