• 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10:30 PM OR 3 PM - 11:30 PM
• Overnight Shift | 11 PM - 5 AM OR 10 PM - 6 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and complete load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory documentation.
• Basic math and communication skills required.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of previous experience in truck loading, material handling, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Experience operating conveyors, loaders, pumps, or automated loading equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory control, shipping documentation, and safety procedures beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, supervisors, and team members.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 10-40 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in industrial environments.
• Ability to work safely in varying weather conditions.
• Required PPE: Steel-toe boots; pants or shorts with belt loops.

Job Duties

• Load trucks according to work orders, production schedules, and shipping requirements.
• Verify product type, load accuracy, and weight specifications before shipment.
• Operate loadout equipment including conveyors, loaders, pumps, and automated systems.
• Monitor loading operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Communicate load status and operational concerns with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors.
• Inspect trucks and loading areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Complete load tickets, bills of lading, inventory records, and other required documentation.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and DOT guidelines.
• Report equipment issues and maintenance needs while maintaining an organized work area.

What You Will Do
As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

The Reach Truck Operator supports warehouse productivity by safely transporting palletized inventory using specialized reach truck equipment. This position combines equipment operation, inventory awareness, and workplace safety to support efficient warehouse operations.
